How to get a part or job quoted
Every part and job is quoted individually: there is no online checkout and there are no prices on this site. Tell us what you need and we'll quote it. We reply within 1–2 business days.

How it works
Find your part number
Read the OEM part number off the worn part or your machine manual. Look it up in the OEM part number index or search the parts store. Every part also has a C&M number, like CM-0111.
Build your quote list
Press Add to Quote on a part and set the quantity. Your list is saved in this browser, so it is still there when you come back on the same device. A long list of numbers can be pasted in all at once.
Send your quote request
On the quote page, add your name and an email or a phone number, say when you need it and whether you will pick it up or want it shipped. It is a request for a quote, not an order, and no payment is taken on the site.
We reply to your request
We reply within 1–2 business days. Pricing and lead time come on the quote. Then pick your parts up in Salinas or have them shipped.

What to send
What we need for a quote
Send what you have; we will ask for anything missing.
- The part numberThe OEM part number from the worn part or your manual, or our C&M number from the catalog. Your machine model and serial number help us prepare the quote.
- A sample, photo or drawingWe make parts to match your part number, sample or print. Email a photo or drawing to cmoreno@cmmachshop.com and put your quote reference (shown on the quote page) in the subject; we attach it to your quote.
- How manyThe quantity of each part. On your quote list every line has its own quantity.
- When you need itThe quote form offers “ASAP / rush”, “This week”, “2–4 weeks” or “Flexible”.
- Pickup or shippingChoose Pickup in Salinas or Ship to me. For shipping, add your ZIP code.
- How to reach youYour name and an email or a phone number, so we can reply. A company name and a PO or reference number are optional.

Quote list, pasted list or part request
Your quote list
Add parts from the catalog with Add to Quote, change the quantities, then send the list from the quote page. The quote button in the header shows how many lines you have.
Browse the parts storePaste a list of part numbers
Put one part per line, with an optional quantity, like 03187A0897 x2 or 2 x CM-0002. OEM part numbers can be typed with spaces or dashes, and C&M numbers work too. Up to 200 lines. Check the list, then add the matched lines to your quote.
Paste a listPart request form
Part not in the catalog? Send us the OEM part number and we'll check it. Add what the part does and your machine's model or serial number if you know them.
Send a part numberMachining and fabrication jobs
Describe the job in the notes on the quote form: specifications, tolerances, materials, quantities and deadlines. Email drawings to cmoreno@cmmachshop.com.

Can I order online or see prices?
No. C&M is quote-only: there is no online checkout and there are no prices on the site. Tell us what you need on the quote page and we send you a quote. We reply within 1–2 business days.
What should I send to get a quote?
The OEM part number from the worn part or your manual, or the C&M number from our catalog. Add a sample, photo or drawing if you have one, how many you need, when you need them, and whether you will pick them up or want them shipped (with your ZIP code). Include your name and an email or a phone number so we can reply.
How soon will you reply, and what is the lead time?
We reply within 1–2 business days. Lead time confirmed on your quote.
Can I pick it up, or can you ship it?
Local pickup is at 772 Vertin Ave, Salinas, CA 93901. Shop hours (Pacific Time): Mon–Fri 7:00am – 4:00pm · Saturday 10:00am – 2:00pm · Sunday closed. Shipping available: ask on your quote. Choose Ship to me on the quote form and add your ZIP code.
What if I don't know the part number?
Send what you have: a sample, a photo or a drawing, the part's name, where it sits on the machine, or anything stamped on it, plus your machine's model and serial number if you know them. Use the part request form or the notes on the quote form. We make replacement parts to match your part number, sample or print.
Can I send a long list of part numbers at once?
Yes. Paste one part per line, with an optional quantity, into bulk paste on the quote page (up to 200 lines). It matches OEM part numbers and C&M numbers against the catalog, then you check the matches and add them to your quote.
